If you've been interested enough to get this far into the Corey Haim saga, then you must have seen at least one of his early accomplishments in film.  Indeed, he was in a number of very well acted and scripted movies, including Lucas, Murphy's Romance, Firstblood, Silver Bullet, and the list goes on.  His co stars included such notables as James Garner, Sally Field, Terri Garr, Charlie Sheen, Sarah Jessica Parker, Liza Minelli, and Winona Ryder.  If you haven't seen any of these, pick up Lucas at the video store and see if you can get though it without getting a little tear in your eye for Corey Haim's wrong side of the tracks underdog character.  For someone who hadn't even yet sprouted a pube, he was a pretty stinking good actor.

As he entered those tender teen years he was cast in the very popular The Lost Boys, as well as License to Drive (which was very funny in it's own right).  I'm assuming that almost everyone in the USA has seen The Lost Boys, as it gets played on basic cable practically once a week somewhere in the country.  You know the scene - "Sam" in the bubble bath, singing that goofy  "I ain't got a man" song.  My 13 year old heart melted like an ice cream cone in August.  Alas...
